DUE TO THE DEMAND ON TIME, A LATE FEE OF 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.

PLEASE PROVIDE 3 DAYS NOTICE WHEN CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. LESS THAN 3 DAYS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE AND IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.
NO CALL NO SHOW IS FAILURE TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT AND/OR FAILURE TO ARRIVE. A NO SHOW FEE OF 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE IS DUE BEFORE BOOKING A FUTURE APPOINTMENT.
