SALON POLICIES
Before booking your appointment, please be sure to look over our policies below. Your appointment is very important and is reserved especially for you! The following policies are in place to ensure all guests can be accommodated.

LATE POLICY
Arriving 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment will be considered late and must be rescheduled. Due to demand, and limited slots available, there will be a 50% charge for the booked service due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

CANCELLATION & NO-CALL, NO-SHOW POLICY
Please provide at least 3 days' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 3 days notice, there will be a 50% charge for the booked service which will be due before scheduling a future appointment.
A no-call, no-show is a failure to cancel an appointment, and/or failure to arrive. A no-show fee of 100% of the booked service is due before booking a future appointment.

CHILD POLICY & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
In order to truly create a relaxing and tranquil experience for all of our guests, we have intentionally chosen to be a child-free salon. We ask that you please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment, including children. We thank you for your understanding and we are looking forward to seeing you and taking care of you in our salon!

SICKNESS POLICY
Please reschedule your appointment if:

You are sick or have a fever

Have been in recent contact with anyone who has been sick

Have traveled within two weeks of your appointment
Please know that you will kindly be asked to reschedule if you arrive at your appointment and express any symptoms of being sick, and will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee.
Masks are optional in our salon and can be worn based on your discretion, and comfortability!

SAFETY POLICY
We keep our salon doors locked at all time to ensure safety. Your service provider will greet you at the door when you arrive for your appointment. At Urban Collective, we want to make sure we keep a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
LASTLY...
Please note that all services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Full payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Any salon products that are purchased for at-home use cannot be returned due to sanitation purposes.
